I had a kitchen fire in my home in March. SERVPRO handled the total restoration for the damage done to my home. They coordinated with the other companies to bring my home back to normal in an expedited manner. They were professional, courteous, careful with my things, communicated well, and most empathetic to my situation. I cannot say enough good things about this company. It was our master bathroom and I thought we wouldn't be able to stay in our room while the machines were on, Couldn't hear them at all .. You won't go wrong using this company. I am in the service industry and it is very competitive. In this day and age it is very difficult to find a company that is as caring and professional as this one. They are honestly amazing! I had a leak from my ice maker that turned out to be a lot more damaging than I expected. The owner, Alex, was so accommodating and professional I was amazed. My service tech was Isaac. I was so impressed with his knowledge and level of professionalism for such a young man. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside to anyone that has flood or fire damage.
