The affected ceiling was caused by a broken supply line in the upstairs bathroom. The home owner was away for a few hours and the water traveled to the bedroom,, vanity, and downstairs living room. The homeowner was stressed, and was concerned about the impacted area rugs, flooring, and affected ceiling. Our experience crew members responded quickly, and protected the contents prior to any demolition. The ceiling drywall was removed in order to dry the structure with state of the art drying equipment.
